The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the historic district. It was convenient to explore the nearby restaurants and shops. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Lastly, the room size was decent and spacious, providing enough space for us to relax and unwind during our Christmas stay.
One negative aspect was the lack of a reception desk. It was difficult to find assistance when needed throughout our stay.

The location couldn't be more perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions. The room was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities. The free coffee and water upon arrival and departure were a delightful touch. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff, particularly Roberta, who spoke excellent English. The authentic charm of the rooms and the central location added to the overall amazing experience. Plus, the owner even went out of his way to help us with our luggage. Absolutely mind-blowing!

The staff at this accommodation goes above and beyond to assist guests, even riding in our car to help us park in the city. The room was clean and functional, and the location is outstanding. Dania, in particular, is a great communicator and provides excellent hospitality with minimal accent. The young man who cleans the rooms is helpful and takes his job seriously. The accommodation also has balconies, comfortable beds, a great shower, and reliable WiFi.
Felt cozy, no reason to complain.
